Sometimes I really hate these helpless residents!!!

I just spent 15 minutes of my life,  that I’ll never have back, speaking to one of our international residents that wants maintenance to come in to their apartment at 6PM, to sit there for a half hour and listen for a click noise that comes from the wall near the HVAC closet, once every ten to fifteen minutes.  Maintenance leaves at 5PM.  So, that won’t happen.

It wakes them up at night and they have a new baby, so it’s URGENT.  It’s probably the friggin’ water heater turning on!  I’m sure they will call customer service and complain about us when maint. tells them nothing is wrong.

Since it happens late at night, and 6PM was their compromise, they want them to come later.

Not gonna happen, sorry.
